Service Agreement
Effective as of October, 2025.
Welcome to the official website and related platforms of Streamax (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between you and Streamax Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies worldwide (collectively referred to as "Streamax", "we" or "our"), aiming to regulate your access, browsing and use of the Website. This Agreement applies solely to your access to and use of the Website, and does not apply to the products or services actually provided by Streamax to you.
Before using the Website, please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this Agreement. Your access to or use of the Website shall be deemed as your acceptance of having read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any clause of this Agreement, please immediately cease accessing and using the Website.
Streamax is a high-tech enterprise legally registered and existing in accordance with applicable laws. The Website is designed to provide users with information about Streamax, including company information, product and solution introductions, technical data, industry news and related service content. Given that laws, regulations and regulatory policies may vary across different countries or regions, Streamax may not be able to provide users in some jurisdictions with all the products, services or functions displayed on the Website. If accessing or using the Website is illegal or restricted under the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, you shall cease accessing on your own initiative or use the Website in compliance with legal requirements.
I. Acceptance and Modification of the Agreement
1.1 By accessing or using the Website, you indicate your acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you disagree with any clause of this Agreement, please immediately cease accessing and using the Website.
1.2 Streamax reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice to users. The modified terms shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the Website. Your continued access to or use of the Website shall be deemed as your acceptance of the latest published terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of the latest version. If you disagree with the modified terms, you shall immediately cease using the Website. Streamax will notify users of material revisions by posting an announcement in a prominent location on the Website or via email, etc. You may raise objections or choose to cease using the relevant services before the revisions take effect. Continued use of the services shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms, without the need for additional consent.
II. Protection of Personal Information

III. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, videos, databases, etc., the copyrights, trademarks, service marks (whether registered or not) and other intellectual property rights thereof are owned by Streamax or by third parties specified on the Website. Without the prior written permission of Streamax or the relevant right holders, it is prohibited to download, copy, modify, publish, reprint, display, distribute, transmit or store the content of the Website or its hyperlinks (including but not limited to photos, logos, designs and images) in any form or by any means.
3.2 You are only authorized to use the content of the Website for personal, non-commercial and legitimate purposes. In particular, it is prohibited to use frame technology to embed content that is inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or illegal.
3.3 If you violate this clause, you must immediately cease the infringing act and compensate Streamax for all losses suffered thereby, including but not limited to rights protection costs, attorney fees and damage to goodwill.
3.4 Except for personal information protected by the "Privacy Policy", any content submitted by you through the Website shall be deemed non-confidential information and owned by Streamax. Streamax and its affiliated companies may use such information permanently, globally and irrevocably for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to commercial development, product optimization, marketing, data disclosure, processing, transfer, storage and analysis, without obtaining your additional consent. Except as explicitly required by law, the submitted information and the concepts, methods or technologies contained therein are not subject to confidentiality obligations.
IV. Rules for Information Submission and Communication
4.1 The Website does not provide user registration, login or account management functions. You may voluntarily submit your name, contact information, company information and relevant demand descriptions (hereinafter referred to as "Submitted Information") to Streamax through the forms, contact pages or other interactive methods provided on the Website for business consultation, product understanding or cooperation purposes.
4.2 You confirm and warrant that the Submitted Information is true, accurate, complete and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If any legal consequences arise due to the untrue, inaccurate or infringing nature of the information provided by you, you shall bear the relevant responsibilities on your own.
4.3 You understand and agree that the purpose of submitting the information is to facilitate Streamax's staff to conduct business communication with you, introduce products or solutions, confirm requirements and make subsequent contacts. Streamax does not guarantee that it will definitely provide you with specific products, services or reach cooperation. The relevant rights and obligations shall be subject to the formal agreement signed separately by both parties.
4.4 Streamax may contact you regarding the Submitted Information through reasonable means such as telephone, email, instant messaging tools, etc. You may clearly indicate your refusal to continue communication during the communication process, and Streamax will cease the relevant communication activities in accordance with the law.
4.5 You understand and confirm that the submission of information does not constitute the establishment of any contractual relationship, agency relationship, partnership relationship or employment relationship between you and Streamax, nor does it constitute an offer or acceptance of any binding commitment provided by Streamax.
V. User Conduct Norms
When using the Website, you shall not engage in any illegal, improper or conduct that may damage the Website, including but not limited to:
(1) Uploading, posting or transmitting any illegal, harassing, defamatory, insulting, threatening, harmful, obscene or other materials that may constitute illegal or criminal acts;
(2) Disseminating computer viruses or other contaminating or destructive codes, programs, macro instructions, or interfering with the host or network in any way (including but not limited to DDoS attacks and other acts that cause the Website to be unable to operate normally);
(3) Using automated tools (such as robots, spiders) to detect, scan or test system or network vulnerabilities, or crawling website content without authorization;
(4) Circumventing or attempting to circumvent security authentication measures, or accessing or testing system or network vulnerabilities without authorization;
(5) Sending unsolicited emails (including but not limited to promotional advertising emails) or other spam;
(6) Engaging in any act that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
If you violate the above provisions, Streamax has the right to immediately terminate your access rights and pursue your legal responsibilities.
VI. Security
6.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your actions comply with the security requirements of the Website and shall not engage in the prohibited activities specified in Article V.
6.2 Streamax takes reasonable measures to maintain the security of the Website and has the right to take necessary measures to protect the Website, including but not limited to suspending or terminating user access, deleting illegal content or pursuing legal responsibilities. However, Streamax does not guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through the Internet, nor does it guarantee the security of information sent by you or Streamax through the Website.
6.3 Any security issues (including but not limited to data leakage, system damage) caused by your actions shall be borne by you on your own. Acts that violate system or network security may result in civil or criminal legal responsibilities. Streamax will investigate such violations and may cooperate with law enforcement agencies to pursue the legal responsibilities of the relevant responsible persons.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Streamax provides these links solely for the convenience of users and does not mean that Streamax has reviewed, verified or monitored the content of these websites, nor does it mean that Streamax endorses all their content. Streamax makes no guarantees regarding the content, products, services or other materials of third-party websites accessed through the Website, and shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by such websites. The risk of accessing third-party websites shall be borne by you on your own.

IX. Disclaimer of User Use Risks
You confirm that the risks of accessing and using the Website and its hyperlinks are borne by you on your own, and you shall not request refund of fees, compensation for losses or cancellation of the contract for any reason. Any damages suffered by you due to the use of the Website, including but not limited to system damage, data loss or other damages (including but not limited to network, connection or server failures, errors, defects, or computer viruses or other destructive codes infected through transmission), shall be borne by you on your own. You shall be responsible for protecting and backing up data and equipment, and taking necessary security measures. Streamax shall not be liable for any losses caused by the modification or cancellation of services, and you explicitly waive the relevant right to claim.
X. User's Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify and hold Streamax, its directors, executives, employees and agents harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your violation of this Agreement or illegal acts, including but not limited to:
(1) If your use of the Website causes damage to the rights and interests of a third party, you shall fully compensate Streamax for all losses suffered thereby;
(2) If you violate this Agreement, engage in infringing or illegal acts, or cause third-party claims, lawsuits, losses or expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees, investigation fees, system recovery fees) due to the use of the Website, you shall bear full liability for compensation and fully compensate Streamax and its affiliated companies for all losses and expenses;
(3) If a network security incident is caused by your actions, you shall also bear all investigation costs and system recovery costs, and pay a fund occupation fee of 1% of the loss amount per day;
(4) You shall be responsible for resolving any claims, demands or lawsuits filed by third parties against Streamax due to your actions, indemnify Streamax from liability, and bear all costs and losses arising therefrom.
XI. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Streamax explicitly excludes all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Unless due to Streamax's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or as required by mandatory law, Streamax shall not be liable for the following circumstances, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential economic losses (such as loss of profits or business interruption), whether based on contract, negligence, tort or other forms:
(1) Delays or interruptions occurring when using the Website or its hyperlinks;
(2) Network, connection or server failures, errors, defects, or computer viruses or other destructive codes infected through transmission;
(3) Leakage of any information transmitted by you to Streamax (or vice versa) through the Website or its hyperlinks;
(4) Even if losses are caused by Streamax's negligence, or the acts or omissions of its management personnel or employees, Streamax shall not be liable;
(5) Streamax shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure or reasons beyond Streamax's control. You explicitly waive any right to claim arising from relying on the content of the Website, including but not limited to losses from investment decisions or business arrangements.
XII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules).
12.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your access to and use of the Website shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties.
12.3 If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over Streamax's place of registration, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
12.4 If you and Streamax sign a separate written agreement for specific products or services, and such agreement stipulates otherwise on the dispute resolution method, the provisions of such written agreement shall prevail.
12.5 You agree that all disputes, claims or lawsuits shall be resolved individually and shall not be brought in any form of class action. You shall not join or consolidate claims of other users as a class representative, class member, etc.
XIII. Severability of Terms
If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such clause shall be modified or deleted to the minimum extent without affecting the validity of other clauses. Streamax reserves the right to decide whether to continue performing or terminate the relevant services.
XIV. Miscellaneous
14.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Streamax regarding the use of the Website, replacing all previous relevant agreements. If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the terms published in the future, the latest published terms shall prevail.
14.2 Streamax's failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right, nor shall it affect the right to exercise such right in the future. Streamax reserves the right to assert and exercise all rights at any time.
14.3 This Agreement is valid for you personally. Without Streamax's prior written permission, you shall not assign, transfer or entrust any rights or obligations under this Agreement. Streamax may freely assign, transfer or entrust the rights and obligations under this Agreement.
14.4 Streamax reserves the right to update, modify or cancel the products, services or facilities of the Website at any time without prior notice or explanation. Users shall have no right to claim compensation for changes or cancellations of services.
